Shopify stores built for selling, managing and growing.
New Shopify stores, theme customization, migrations, app integrations and redesigns built around a clean customer journey and a store setup your team can actually manage.
Shopify development from first setup to serious store improvements.
Whether you are launching, migrating or rebuilding, the goal is the same: a storefront that is easy for customers to use and straightforward for your team to operate.
New Shopify store setup
Theme setup, collections, product structure, navigation, payments, shipping, core pages and the essential configuration needed to start selling.
Theme customization
Adapt an existing Shopify theme to your brand, content and merchandising needs with custom sections, layout changes and storefront refinements.
Custom theme development
For approved designs that need a more tailored storefront than theme settings alone can provide, including reusable custom sections and Liquid work.
Migration to Shopify
Plan and move products, collections, customers, content and available historical data from WooCommerce or another platform, with URL mapping where required.
Shopify SEO foundations
Product and collection metadata, image alt text, indexability checks, sitemap/Search Console setup and other on-page essentials within the agreed scope.
Performance improvements
Review theme assets, imagery, storefront scripts and app usage to reduce avoidable overhead and improve real-world browsing performance.
App integration
Research, install and configure suitable Shopify apps for reviews, email, upsells, loyalty, inventory or other store requirements.
Dropshipping setup
Configure a Shopify dropshipping storefront and compatible fulfillment apps where appropriate, including product structure and core automation settings.
Store redesigns
Refresh an existing Shopify storefront with a clearer visual system, improved mobile UX, better merchandising hierarchy and cleaner product discovery.
The essentials should be handled before launch.
Exact deliverables depend on the package, but the build should leave you with a functioning store, not just a customized homepage.
Responsive storefront
Core pages and buying flows checked across common desktop, tablet and mobile widths.
Payments configuration
Supported payment methods configured according to the store’s market and Shopify setup.
Shipping & tax setup
Zones, rates and available tax settings configured according to the agreed business requirements.
Product & collection structure
Products organized into a navigation and collection structure customers can actually browse.
Analytics foundation
Relevant analytics or tracking integrations can be connected when the required accounts and permissions are available.
Search foundation
Metadata, image alt text and search-engine access are reviewed according to package scope.
Policy-page structure
Store policy pages can be created or linked using the merchant’s approved legal/business wording.
Handover
A practical walkthrough can cover product, order, collection and routine content management after launch.
Choose around how you want to operate the store.
We work with both platforms. The decision should come from your workflow, control requirements, technical resources and the wider role the website plays in your business.
| Factor | Shopify | WooCommerce |
|---|---|---|
| Platform model | Hosted commerce platform with infrastructure handled by Shopify. | WordPress-based commerce where you choose and manage hosting. |
| Day-to-day management | More centralized store administration and fewer infrastructure decisions. | More control, but also more responsibility for WordPress, hosting and extensions. |
| Customization | Strong theme and app ecosystem, within Shopify’s platform boundaries. | Broad control over WordPress, code, plugins, database and hosting environment. |
| Content-heavy sites | Suitable for commerce-led stores with supporting content. | Often a natural fit when publishing/content is a major part of the site. |
| Ongoing platform costs | Shopify subscription plus relevant apps/payment costs. | Hosting plus any premium plugin, development or infrastructure costs. |
| Best fit | Businesses that value a managed commerce platform and streamlined administration. | Businesses that want deeper WordPress ownership, flexibility and infrastructure choice. |
A clear path from store brief to launch.
Products, content, payments, shipping and customer journeys all need to work together. We define the moving parts first, then build and test the store in clear stages.
Start a conversationDiscovery & store scope
We clarify products, customers, markets, payments, shipping, content, required apps and the features needed at launch.
Theme & storefront direction
We define the theme or design approach and establish how the homepage, collections, product pages and supporting content should behave.
Store configuration
Products, collections, navigation, payments, shipping, agreed apps and tracking are configured around the approved store structure.
SEO & performance pass
We review search basics, images, storefront assets and app overhead included in the package before final quality assurance.
Review & QA
You review the store. We address agreed revisions and test responsive behavior, forms, key shopping flows and checkout configuration.
Launch & handover
We complete final checks, connect the production setup and hand over the store with the agreed guidance for normal day-to-day management.
Defined starting points for different store stages.
The existing service page uses $250 and $450 packages, so those remain the starting points here. Final scope depends on product count, theme requirements, apps, content and migration complexity.

- Theme setup & brand customization
- Up to 20 products uploaded
- Payment gateway configuration
- Shipping & tax setup
- Core store pages
- Basic SEO setup

- Expanded on-page SEO setup
- Tracking integrations
- Up to 3 agreed app integrations

Custom Store
For custom theme work, complex migrations, larger catalogues or functionality beyond a fixed package.
- Custom theme/section scope
- Large or complex catalogues
- Migration planning
- Advanced app integrations

*Timelines assume product data, content, access and feedback are supplied on time. Shopify subscription charges, premium themes, paid apps and third-party services are separate unless specifically included in the quote. Payment schedule is confirmed in the project proposal.
A store should be usable by customers and manageable by the merchant.
We focus on the pieces that affect the day-to-day store: navigation, mobile buying, product organization, app load, handover and the ability to keep operating after launch.
Clear product discovery
Collections, menus and product pages are structured so shoppers can move through the catalogue without unnecessary friction.
Responsive shopping experience
Important buying flows are checked across common device sizes rather than assuming desktop layouts will translate automatically.
Search-ready foundation
Where included, metadata, image alt text, sitemap/Search Console setup and other basics provide a stronger starting point for ongoing SEO.
Controlled app stack
Apps are chosen around actual requirements so the store does not accumulate overlapping subscriptions and unnecessary storefront scripts.
Practical handover
The merchant should be able to manage normal products, orders, collections and content without needing a developer for every small change.
Room to evolve
The store can continue with redesign, SEO, performance work or additional integrations as requirements change.
Questions before we build your Shopify store.
Straight answers about pricing, timing, migrations, SEO, dropshipping and what happens after launch.
How much does it cost to build a Shopify store?
The current TechBoard packages start at $250 for a defined Starter Store and $450 for a Growth Store. Custom theme work, migrations, larger catalogues and complex integrations are quoted separately. Shopify subscriptions, premium themes and paid apps are separate unless included in the proposal.
How long does a Shopify store take to build?
A focused Starter Store may be completed in around 7 working days and a Growth Store in roughly 10–14 working days, provided products, content, access and approvals are supplied on time. Custom projects are scheduled individually.
Do I need my own Shopify account?
Yes. The store ultimately needs an active Shopify account and an appropriate Shopify plan. We can work within your existing account or help you set up the development/store access required for the project.
Can you migrate my WooCommerce store to Shopify?
Yes. Migration can include products, collections, customers and other available store data, with URL mapping and redirect planning where practical. The exact scope depends on the source store and the data Shopify can accept.
Will the store be SEO-ready?
Search foundations can include product and collection metadata, image alt text, indexability checks, sitemap and Search Console setup, and other on-page essentials according to the package. Ongoing search growth is a separate SEO scope.
Can you build a Shopify dropshipping store?
Yes, where Shopify and the selected supplier or fulfillment app support the required workflow. We can configure the storefront, product structure and agreed app integrations as part of the project.
Will I be able to manage the store myself after launch?
Yes. The handover can cover routine product, collection, order and content management so normal store operations do not depend on us.
Do you provide support after launch?
Yes, when included in the project or arranged separately. Additional Shopify work can be handled as one-off development, redesign, SEO, performance or ongoing support depending on what the store needs.
Planning a Shopify store or migration?
Tell us what you sell, how many products you have, which market you serve and what the store needs to do. We can turn that into a practical scope before development starts.
